Okay, here's the deal:

Make Jello Cook and Serve chocolate pudding according to the directions on the package. (or vanilla or whatever pudding you like, if you don't like chocolate, for some reason)

While the pudding is still hot, whisk in an 8oz package of cream cheese and then chill in the refrigerator until cold.

Then, fold into the pudding half a container of whipped cream.

Crush half a package of oreos into the bottom of a 13x9 pan.
Pour the pudding/cream cheese/whipped cream mixture onto the bed of crushed cookies.
Cover with the other half of the whipped cream and then top with remaining half package of crushed oreos.
